Jumia have lunch a new service called flex, it allows customers to pay for an electronic, mobile phone and other gadgets installment.
Here is a little breakdown let’s take for instance you want an iPhone X or Samsung Note 8 or Microsoft surface book p but you don’t want to pay for it at a glance or don’t have enough capital, jumia flex will give you an option that lets you get your device once you pay the deposit, then the balance is automatically debited from the Sam payment instruction used to make your deposit, for 3 month or 6 months but it all depends on the plan you choose when making the registration.
First. You will need your BVN, Bank statements from the last 6months in a PDF format
Secondly. Valid ID (Int’l passport/Driver’s license/Voters card or National ID)
3.Each customers can only apply for one device at a time
How Does this flex service work?
Go to jumia.com.ng/jumiaflex to select your device of choice then fill the application form. You will get a response to your application within the next 3 working days of submission.
If your application is approved,you will get an email directing you to pay the upfront deposit and shipping fee with your card or bank account online.
Once you have paid the deposit, your order will be processed and you can pick up your device within the next few days
Note. That after the first months ,you will be automatically debited every 30 days for the unpaid balances for the next 3 months or 6months this all depends on the plan you choose.
